Bendigo Amateur Soccer Association Technical Director Louise McColl - Developing a Coaching Culture

On Thursday, 4 June 2020, Bendigo Amateur Soccer Association Technical Director Louise McColl spoke to Football Coaches Australia members on the topic: 'Developing a Coaching Culture.'

During her presentation, Louise covered a range of topics including:

* Establishing a coaching culture for your club with defined values

* Building a positive club culture Vs team only cultures

* Encouraging collaboration between coaches, players, staff, volunteers, parents and the broader community

* Dealing with people who can't align their practices with the club's culture; and

* Making coaches and players feel valued as people first

This audio was captured during a forum held on the virtual meeting platform Zoom. It was filmed with a live audience and has been converted to an audio presentation for the purpose of this podcast. 

During the forum, Louise answered numerous participant questions, some of which can be heard in this podcast. She also had conversations with well known Australian football identities, including Gary Cole and Joey Peters.
